QCAA Physics
practice exams.

Use original Physics practice exams to connect concepts, calculations and evidence under timed conditions. Review your working alongside the solutions to distinguish a conceptual gap from an algebra or units error.

Choose your practice: 1 set or 3 sets

One set includes a practice exam paper with worked solutions. A 3-set bundle includes three practice papers, each with worked solutions. Check the product page for included files and delivery information before purchasing.

MAKE THE PRACTICE COUNT

How to review your Physics practice

Explain the physical model

Before substituting into an equation, identify the system, relevant quantities and assumptions. A labelled diagram can make sign conventions and directions easier to check.

Treat data as evidence

Read graph axes, scales and units before describing a trend. Refer to the information provided when drawing a conclusion, rather than relying on a memorised statement.

Check quantities and meaning

Include units throughout calculations and consider whether the magnitude is plausible. When reviewing a mistake, identify whether it came from the model, rearrangement, substitution or interpretation.

Practice exams and official QCAA past papers

These are original UPLIFT mock examinations, not past external assessment papers published by QCAA. Use the official QCAA preparation resources to check current assessment guidance, and use fresh practice questions to test your understanding.
