UPLIFT resources are supplied for the use permitted by the licence displayed at purchase. Unless that licence states otherwise, files must not be republished, sold, uploaded publicly or distributed beyond the licensed user.

Original resources
UPLIFT examinations are independently created practice materials. They are not official QCAA examinations and UPLIFT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by QCAA.
Responsible use
Students, tutors and teachers must use the resources lawfully, respect intellectual property rights and avoid sharing files in ways that breach the applicable licence.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
